Naughty-Nice List Left on Train

Police are today beginning an enquiry into the circumstances surrounding the security breach that led to the Naughty-Nice list being left on a train.
The Naughty-Nice list contains details of all children in the UK and a record of their behaviour over the past year. The list is maintained by the Ministry of Manners (MoM), who are responsible for monitoring the behavior of the population and reporting misdemeanors to Candy-or-Coal Corp. Candy-or-Coal Corp are the division of Santa Clause Inc. responsible for drawing up the delivery lists for Santa, and rely on the help of MoM's all over the world to collate the list.
'Serious Breach'
A spokes-elf from Candy-or-Coal Corp had this to say: "We're obviously very distressed at the loss of the list. This is a very busy time of the year for us, and having to spend hours traipsing round Lost Property Offices at stations up and down the country looking for the list isn't helping matters. Needless to say, the employee responsible will be on the Coal list this year."
The employee in question hasn't been identified, but the internet is rife with rumours that it was a Mr. K Rampus.
The Naughty-Nice list has yet to be recovered, but anyone with any information is being urged to contact either MoM or Candy-or-Coal Inc.
"If we don't find it soon, then we're just going to have to guess who's been naughty or nice." said the spoke-elf. "So if you do know where it is, please get in touch. And if you happen to have a few minutes to spare whilst waiting for your train, we'd appreciate it if you could ask at the station's Lost Property Office. There might be a little extra something in your Christmas stocking this year if you do manage to find them for us!"
